Stage 2
Clean it up
This lifts the person away from whatever is behind them — a busy room, a hand on their shoulder, a wallpaper that fights the frame. A photograph checked in stage 1 carries straight over, so there is nothing to choose twice. It all runs on this computer, not on a server. Whatever this stage produces opens stage 3.
This works best on a laptop or desktop computer. It will run on a phone, but slowly, and on an older phone it may not finish. The print-size check above works properly everywhere.
