Every message arrives in the same inbox and is read by the person who writes the code. There is nobody else here, which means it may take a day, and it also means you are not going to be handed round a queue.
If something is not working, the FAQ and troubleshooting page is worth two minutes first — the common failures are all there, usually with the fix, and that is faster than waiting for a reply.
Please do not send the photograph, or a link to it. It is not needed to answer any question about this tool, and the whole point of how it works is that we never have a copy of it.
About technical support
MemorialPrintKit is a tool rather than a service, and one person maintains it — so nobody here can take your photograph and prepare it for you, and a purchase pays for the software rather than for hands-on help. What we can do is answer questions and fix things. Reports of something genuinely broken go to the front of the queue: say which browser and device you were using and what you saw, and there is a good chance it is fixed for everyone.
If you are out of time and this is not working, say that plainly. Sometimes the useful answer has nothing to do with the tool, and it is better to hear it from a person than to keep trying at midnight.
Thanks — your message is on its way.
We read everything that arrives. We can’t promise a reply to every message, but we will genuinely try, and anything that turns out to be a bug gets looked at first.
